This Thanksgiving we stayed home. Both Paige and Claire had little colds so we did not want to spread the cold to other little ones, so we stayed home. I will have to admit it was a very relaxing Turkey Day. Here is how it went.
I went out for a early morning ride in the back yard, helped out around the house, helped put the kids down for a nap, Lyn went out for a road ride, kids got up, Lyn got back form her ride, we took the kids out for a hike, came home, Paige went to Ellie’s to play, I went longborading for awhile, Lyn put the turkey in the oven, Paige came home, I made the mashed potatoes, food was done, we ate like mad, took a breather, headed over to the Black’s house for desert, ate some great pie, came home, put the kids down, went to bed…..great day! I hope all of you had a great Thanksgiving!
Paige made the center piece for the table Paige out hiking on the trails. She was all over the place. Claire and I enjoying our hike. Paige and Lyn posing for the camera I guess wagons are the car of choice here in Asheville. Not just one brand either. Pretty funny
