Sorry I have not blogged in awhile. I have been in a whirlwind of travel and new things. Last week when I was in Portland I did some short track racing in the evening after a nice road ride. Thanks to CD for letting me use the watermelon King bike to race.

I hope you beat some of the sport women you had to race with.
I road for about 90 minutes today and about died. I'm going to be toast in Napa.
